When I visited Barcelona, my airbnb host made it clear to me to safeguard my mobile phone while going out... in the 4-5 days I stayed there, I didn’t face any issues, but it was telling that my host advised me to be safe with my belongings outside. I loved the city though, would visit again, 100%
