Explain, why computer "Stockfish AI level 8 (2500)" lost to the a human??!

Lichess, you can install for variant games "Time control "Unlimitet" on one move for "Stockfish AI level 8 (2500)" though at least a minimum 11 seconds to compute move??!

It looks like they set Stockfish to move instantly. Also, skill level 8 is using a handicap mode. So of course in this situation Stockfish would play weaker.

Stockfish seems to make pointless moves from time to time.
The game looked not very humanlike by the way. Too many hanging pawns everywhere and nobody cares about. I mean both sides...
