Really frustrated - need to vent

I started 5 months ago so I am a beginner just like you. For me, the best way to learn is to practice just keep playing games over and over again.
Thanks a lot for all the replies! It seems the main advice is to play longer time controls. I will try to do that. There is also some useful stuff on which basic strategic moves to do to improve my position.

Anyway, thank you to all who took the time. Hopefully this helps!
Great advice from everyone so far, I can only agree and emphasize. What I would do in your situation:

1) Play only longer time control games and (as you already do) analyse them afterwards.
2) Keep focusing on tactics. This (as mentioned before) also drastically helps to minimize the number of your own blunders. You don't really have to look for tactics actively, it is all about pattern recognition, which by nature takes time and...
3) Practice! All theory is gray, and there is no way to avoid playing (and losing) a lot of games if you want to get better.
