read this if you are banned

@Kostsov_Sasha you said exactley.
Here is the link about an appeal process. lichess.org/page/appeal
All other talks in forum 100% sure leads to topic closure, and too many forum posts about it may lead to further restrictions for your banned account, like chatban or account closure.
All it needs is a better and clearer announcement to the banned people.
Lichess is not doing that. Bans are shadowy to reduce naughty reactions.

then what is the point of the mods saying that they need to use lichess.org/appeal in the forums? they just waste their time
You don't get an announcement the moment you're banned. There's no bell and no private message saying "you've been marked" or "you've been muted". You have to visit appeal to see that, and so mods tell people to go there.
If you "Banned" people are reading this thread, you have been caught breaking the ToS conditions!
More often that not, although i cannot confirm so, the ban has been for cheating!
Of course, you may create more accounts, but if you continue your bad habit, sooner or later you will be banned again!
Lichess detection does, sometimes not fast enough, works!
So, accept that you are not welcome, leave Lichess to the players who abide by the the rules!
YOU know why YOU have been banned!
I agree with @Kostsov_Sasha , Stop posting "Why am i banned"!
