The solution given is Ndxc4, but then Black mates on the next move with Qxf2. First time I see this happen in all my 4122 solved problems on lichess.

Qxf2 is not mate. Problems are generated and this cannot happen.
Have you at least given a look at it? Yes, Qxf2 is mate.
