I just finished a game and the only thing Stockfish didn't like was Bg4 on three moves. It counted it once as a mistake and twice as a blunder on moves 10, 11, and 13. Obviously, this was an oversight. It's not like I made a really bad move hanging a piece or missing a tactic that would give a major advantage. The advantage in this game was under 3 points, so anything could have happened with under 1700 play. I have also experienced blunders that don't matter in other games. For example, you are like 10 points up, and you give up a rook. You may have lost 5 points bringing you down to 5, but what if that gives you an easier mate to calculate? Seems like in that case the evaluation should show it as a blunder ONLY if you don't mate or don't mate in a certain number of moves. Here's the game.
