The a3 Sicilian book

According the Fritz opening book, the idea in most lines is to play a gambit with 3.b4
Why not to play 2.b4 right away?
After 1.e4 c5 2.b4 cxb4 3.d4 is not good due to 3...d5!

but after 1.e4 c5 2.a3 Nc6 3.b4! cxb4 4.axb4 Nxb4 5.d4 white has full compensation for the pawn.

But what if black would play 1.e4 c5 2.a3 g6? Well, now white can play the amazing 3.h4 Nf6 4.h5!
Weird tricky line. Some lines even have white going Ra3 and swinging it over to the kingside or just sacrificing the rook for the dark squared bishop. I'd play it in bullet only though :)
