rating is devaluated?

a few weeks ago the 50% was on 1500-1520 , and now with 1511 im only better than 39%, today i played and get a lot of points in a few games, and i played with a 1563 player, after two minutes of thinking he surrendered at a agressive opening movement, but with an obvious answer http://es.lichess.org/8kDh5qXaA3cl , so i think that maybe the rating is getting devaluated, my question is: someone thinks the same?
