Game very often hangs

Last 2-3 days I very often get game hang.

Appearance:
1. It looks either like opponent's time ticking or like both counters stopped.
2. Sometimes after some time it writes "Reconnecting" and then it becomes clear that my time was ticking.
3. But more often nothing happens until the end of the game.

Workaround: I can press F5 and say "Leave the page" this helps, but:
1. I never sure when to do so and this is irritating
2. In Bullet games this leads to losing the game.

Conditions:
1. Ping 71 ms
2. Servers 2 ms
2. Windows 7 / FireFox (latest version).

Maybe you have a lot of open tabs (or other programs even) and not a lot of RAM?
Also you can try Chrome browser, on some systems lichess works better on Chrome.

No, I have only 1-2 open tabs and 16 Gb RAM.
Today no issues arrived, maybe it got fixed.

Thanks for the advice on Chrome, will try next time.
