Why do GM's not have someone else write the moves for them?

I never joke around.
When you kids get around to growing up, you'll see what makes the world go round
the rules are: 1 move the piece, 2 touch clock, 3 note move.
Pre noting moves may distract the opponent.
You have to note down a move before making a next move, unless you are in time trouble nearing the 40th, 60 th, etc. move. But you have to note the moves down before move 41.
I witnessed this "forgetting to note moves after the 40th move" several times when the opponent was losing.
It is surprizing how quick they resign when you inform them that they must first - before making another move - note down the void moves by using another board and this in their play time.
