I suggest the lobby 10+0 pool be replaced with 10+2 since it's insane to see a classical game decided by missed premoves.

I agree with changing to increment. For playing 10+0, there are always the classical tournaments.
I agree, in general the arena format works best without increment (so 10+0 tournaments would still be around).
