Well, possibly, but that's what lichess has said about the issue in the past. There's a guide to streaming or a FAQ or something that says this around here somewhere.

I think it would be inappropriate.

When people stream games, they tend to be good at the game...that's the nature of streaming games.

Probably be hard to make it interesting if the player streaming is not a good player but whatever rocks your boat.

There are lots of weak/average players that stream and/or record videos.

Name a single chess player than is average or weaker who streams.

Besides chess, I've observed that those who stream games should be at least better than average.
