I have lost conection to lichess for a couple minutes and it was a site failure because at the same moment I had conection for other aplication (and I play from desktop)
that opponet that I can crush easily claimed a win and I lost 27 points of rate with no reason....
that setting that let someonne claim a win with no reason while is the oponents turn to play (and his time counts) has to change... pls say your opinion about it!
I also demand for a moderator to answer about rhis phenomenon and to give me back my poionts ASAP!

Look, it's very good that you are not indifferent to your online rating. But phrases like "explain that", "I demand for a moderator to answer" are very cheeky and impolite. Do you really think they owe you something?

That stupid setting ruins anyones expirience here and it has to be changed... hasn't it happened to you yet?
They have to to say to the community why they have a setting like that, it causes more problems that it solves. Can't you see that?
Some people pay money here so moderators have to be serious and answer all of these questions!!!
@DoubleThreat this setting is used so that people can claim victory when the opponent has deliberately left the game, this is a perfectly justifiable reason - it's not a "stupid setting". Secondly, you're not doing yourself any favours by being so impolite. Thirdly, this is a free site - people do not *need* to pay money, therefore the developers are not obliged to change anything as a result of money being paid.
Stop losing your internet while playing. You could also check your internet before you play to avoid losing points. Good luck in the future.

Before writing crap like this, think carefully about your options. What will you do if all moderators will ignore you (if I would be one, I would surely ignore you) and will not ASAP give you back you pioints?
I will tell you what you will do: you will nag for a little bit more, then shut up and do nothing. Even if you will have balls to leave the site (to go to any other inferior to this one), no one will care.
So never demand something if you do not have a leverage. Otherwise you will look like you look right now: irritated a.s.ole who thinks that he is too important when in fact no one gives a f..k.

As I have said earlier I haven't lost the internet conection, I had internet conection and the only conection that had lost was at lichess. This site have several technical issues, if the problem was my internet conection I wouldn't say anything.... so first read carefully and then answer next time!!!
Solution: Play a couple more games.
Suggestion: Learn politeness. No one owes you anything. This is free. And people are way less likely to care about your thoughts if you act like a child.
It's happened to me, and my experience was not "ruined". The "stupid setting" that you're referring to is overall a good thing, as has been said.

That setting is being used in a bad way by bad players.
How is that? It's simple... they put 180 minutes and then if they lose they stay conected and wait for you to get out or simply diconect and eve if you have a good internet conection the site may disconect you for no reason because it has issues. So if they don't fix first their technical issues they can't justify a setting like that!
Just get in my shoes and then answer... I haven't lost internet conecton, just the site log me out and then I found my self losing at a winning position.
And 1 more question.... why is it better to have this option? I play in my time so maybe I would like to diconect in purpose for some reasons and come back to pay in time... it was a 10 minutes game I had time in my favorite and I lost due a site's failure... that's the story and until it happenst you or others you will not say anything, but it will happen you can't avoid it!!!!
