No more "more" button visible

Since today I cannot access the "more" button in the notifications tab at the left. The live TV chessboard is floating over it, it looks like.

hmm. I do remember it being there also.

It's even worse for me, the scroll bar is behind the board as well: http://prntscr.com/bxextw

It's working fine again now for me !
