Why the "swiss" tourneys are dropped out? The reasons to bring it back in its full glory are piling up!

Congrats for a great improvement work you did, lichess team! However, should some nice previously available options be dropped out "in the process"; namely "swiss system" tournaments?

I wouldn't say so.

With a virtual "explosion" of new "pilgrim" players who arrived lately here, chances are "swiss" would gain its popularity, too, just as "regular" lichess and user-made tournaments are exploding with dozens of players playing them on regular basis.

Thus I strongly believe, and with a good reason, (and I believe I'm not the only one holding that opinion here on lichess pages) that "swiss" still belongs here as a great playing option.
Agree. I would actually consider playing in some swiss tournaments. Totally uninterested in playing in "arena" tournaments, though I understand why people like them.
Yeah, a swiss tournament would be great!
I also think, that regular tournaments with longer time control (25 or 30 min) would be great.
I think that swiss tournaments with long time controls would be more reasonable than arena long time control.
I'm absolutely going to give the arena tournaments a try at some point but I would also prefer to compete in Swiss Style tournaments primarily. Having regular swiss tournaments on this site with 60/15 or 45/45 time controls (just for example) would just put another notch in this site's belt. Right now that's the only really big thing that the other sites have that you don't on Lichess: Long time control swiss tournaments or leagues.
Another vote from me for some swiss tournaments. I'd also love to see some tournaments with longer time controls.
